Customer Reviews for Our Des Moines Shop

"Excellent experience all around at Murray's. I had a bumper replaced on a Tesla Model 3, paid through insurance. Tesla shop was backed up for 2 months, Murrays has a high throughput, took me that day, and were done in less than two weeks. Very happy with the repair and result. The staff were sharp, co-ordinated well with the insurer, and they helped with a rental car (also paid by insurance). Top notch, happy to recommend!"

"CARSTAR Murray's is truly the best Tesla-certified body repair shop. The waitlist to get an appointment booked is very long but totally worth the wait. The shop promptly provides all the details in repair costs once the car is in the shop and walks you through the process. Every week you get automatic updates on the progress until it is complete. All staff are very professional and courteous. The hourly rates are not the cheapest but again, the super high quality of work speaks for itself. When I picked up my Model 3 from the shop, it looked just like a brand new car. Their work is like magic."

"Murray's Carstar was terrific at taking care of the collision repairs of my Tesla. I appreciated the timely progress text messages to keep me informed. Seamless repair process for me. I was glad they are in State Farm insurance's in-network repair service providers. I'd highly recommend them for collision repairs. My car looks great, they did such a good job! Much appreciation!"
